The goal of FDM is to equip, educate, and encourage pastors in third world countries.  We accomplish this task by setting up short term pastor training sessions in rural locations so that pastors may travel and receive instruction from seminary trained pastors and professors.  This will be the 1st training in this area!

The goal of FDM is to equip, educate, and encourage pastors in third world countries.  We accomplish this task by setting up short term pastor training sessions in rural locations so that pastors may travel and receive instruction from seminary trained pastors and professors.  We also bring medical, sports, and discipleship teams to join us on our trips to work in the villages the pastors are from.  This structure gives the local churches the opportunities to reach out to their communities and let others know the love of Christ.  As the locals come to know Christ, they are introduced to the local pastor (participating in the FDM training school) so that we can ensure ongoing discipleship.
